In 2005, my childhood friend Vince and I began to realize the ever growing numbers of cell phone users across America. We recognized that we are living in an era where the classic home phone we have known all our lives was quickly becoming obsolete. The future of communication will inevitably not only have a cell phone in every home across this great country, but rather a cell phone for every person in every home! With that in mind, we began asking ourselves… If millions of Americans already have adopted a cell phone as their main line of communication, and those people upgrade their phones nearly every one or two years, where do all the old phones go?
Sadly, the answer to this question is that the majority of all used cell phones end up as solid waste in our landfills or they are cluttering up our junk drawers at home. How many old cell phones do you have sitting around your home? What if you could make some money from your used cell phones while at the same time keeping them out of our landfills?
Cellitused.com was founded in 2005 to provide a service of by buying back used cell phones in order to refurbish, reuse, and properly recycle America’s used cell phones. Cellitused.com is a website where you can receive cash for your used cell phones and electronics. We also organize fundraisers for churches, schools, non-profit organizations, and all types of charities HERE.
MyPhoneDied.com was launched in 2010 to provide a place to purchase quality preowned cell phones at a fraction of retail costs. This website gives you the ability to upgrade your current phone or replace a phone that has died, has broken, or has sunk to the bottom of the ocean. Whatever your reason, this is the place to save you money!
